UBNT USW-48-POE Gen2

The second generation of UniFi Switches has been rebuilt from the ground up and brings many changes and improvements. The Airflow in particular has been optimized so that the switch is cooled better and is up to 4x quieter.

The USW-48-POE-Gen2 has 48 PoE ports of which 32 Gigabit ports support 802.3af/at and 16 Gigabit ports without PoE. In addition, the switch is equipped with 4 SFP ports that support 1G uplinks/downlink. The total PoE power of the switch is 210W. To prevent power failure, the switch can be connected to the UniFi RPS.

The LCD screen immediately shows the most important information such as errors, warnings, port statistics, PoE consumption, network consumption and more.

Note that Layer3 functionality will be supported in a later firmware version.

Management via the UniFi controller

The USW-48-POE can be centrally managed from the UniFi Controller or from the mobile app.
