Ubiquiti Networks is originally a manufacturer of network components. In the meantime, the range has been gradually expanded to include network, switching, Wi-Fi, camera systems, UA access, PTP, PTMP and peripheral devices.

Return
Contact us by email with your order number, invoice number and the reason for your return. We will then email you with all the details needed to return your order.
Warranty request
Contact us via email. In the email, include the order number and MAC.ID of the defective device (found on the bottom of the device). You will then receive an e-mail from us in which we will immediately state whether the device will be replaced within the applicable warranty period and how further processing will take place.
Technical question before or after purchase
Send us an email. You often help us by sending us a screenshot, sketch or photos of the situation or the relevant (error) message. For some inquiries we need some time to answer.
