The network cabinets of the Unique series have been developed for a user-friendly installation of active and passive network components and clean cabling. Each cabinet is made of sheet steel up to 1.5 mm thick and, thanks to special sheet bending technology, ensures a robust steel construction for very good stability.

The coloring is done by powder coating in the colors gray (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). In special cases, the cabinets can be dismantled to access hard-to-reach places. The doors are easy to disassemble, the door hinges can be changed. The roof has a separate cover including ventilation slots for better air circulation. Furthermore, the roof is prepared for a fan module for active ventilation. The network cabinets contain 2 pairs (4 pieces) mounted 483 mm (19") profile rails inside. These are galvanized and marked with the height unit (countable in both directions).

They are adjustable in depth and also have depth braces connected in the cabinet to allow intensive expansion with 483 mm (19") components. An important aspect of the installation is cable management. In the bottom of each cabinet there is a pull-out cable entry with a foam rubber seal. Enclosures from 26U are provided with two cable entries at the rear with brush strips above and below the rear door. For enclosures with a width of 800 mm or more, the cable routing options are expanded with additional entries with brush strips on the left and right in the roof and the floor.

In addition, vertical cable routing channels with covers are mounted to the left and right of the 483 mm (19") profile rails at the front (for cabinets from 32U and 800 mm wide). A comprehensive range of accessories for cable management, shelves, etc. is available to meet many requirements to comply with day-to-day practice.
