DS-PT1-WE is a wireless RFID chip reader from the AX PRO series from Hikvision. The reader communicates with the alarm system via two-way wireless communication on a frequency of 868 MHz with encryption using AES-128 up to a distance of 1200 m in open space.
It is powered by 4x AA batteries with a life of up to 2 years when the chip is inserted 10 times a day. The reader also gives an indication when the card has been inserted and a buzzer.
